Before you subscribe
How do cancellation and refunds work?
No approved commercial cancellation or refund terms are configured. Paid checkout remains unavailable until these terms are published.
Existing subscribers can use Settings → Workspace billing → Manage billing. The hosted portal shows available cancellation choices and effective dates. Returning from that portal is not proof that cancellation has been processed.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or change billing periods?
Only configured offers and supported changes appear in the Stripe portal. Review prorations, renewal dates and effective dates there. Annual billing appears only when an approved yearly price exists. Changes do not reset monthly usage or delete research. A return link never activates paid access.
What happens if payment fails?
Workspace billing shows the last synchronized provider status. Payment failures require attention in the hosted portal; a checkout success URL alone never activates paid status.
Are data subscriptions or unlimited compute included?
Only allowances explicitly stated in an approved offer apply. Provider entitlements, resource limits and research prerequisites remain separate. There is no promise of unrestricted datasets or compute.
Will research results be profitable?
No. Historical results and eligible calibrated estimates are evidence under stated assumptions, not a guarantee of future outcomes.
